Most of "Weird Al" Yankovic's studio albums released from 1984 to 2014 included a polka medley of popular music. These happy, hook-filled homages mashed up snippets of Top 40 tunes and played them in a fun, lighthearted polka style.
"Polkapocalypse" combines all of Al's polka medleys into one single, epic, continuous, superfluous, ridiculously-long song — condensing over 27 years worth of polka and pop into a mere three-quarters of an hour!
There are also dozens of Easter Eggs hidden throughout Polkapocalypse — one for each of the 85 original (non-parody) songs in Al's extraordinary discography of 14 studio albums, plus a few more, just for fun. See how many you can find!
I hope you enjoy this pet project! Please check out my parodies and mashups too, and let me know if you have any questions or comments.

Hidden snippets of "Weird Al" style parodies for you to find! Good times are at your fingertips, but to crack the code, you'll need to crack about a half-dozen eggs — or perhaps just a single egg, a half-dozen times.
If you like Polkapocalypse, please share it with your friends! And while you're at it, please let me know too — I'd really appreciate the feedback. Also check out my parodies and mashups too!
Special thanks to Moises, Cockos Incorporated and Newfangled Audio for their amazing audio production tools, and to YouTubers Kenny Gioia, Justin Colletti and Kyle Mathias for providing the know-how I needed to create a relatively competent audio production.
And, of course, endless thanks to "Weird Al" Yankovic and the many dozens of artists who provided such excellent source material for this project.
Be sure to stop by Al's website and follow him on Twitter and YouTube.
Thanks!
